Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our fast-paced sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all IT-related activities within the organization, including but not limited to, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring data security. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, and wireless controllers.
  • Lead the process of virtualization and software migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain and administer Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Implement and manage endpoint security, ensuring the safety of our digital assets.
  • Conduct regular network patching and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
  • Develop and manage effective IT documentation for system installations, configurations, upgrades and replacements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and laws pertaining to data security.
  • Utilize leadership skills to manage the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely and efficient solutions.
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Must have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications in MCSE, COMPTIA are preferred.
  • Experience with VMware and other virtualization technologies is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, WAN, LAN, VPN, Firewalls, and wireless controllers.
  • Proven experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, hardware, software migrations, documentation, compliance, network patching, and endpoint security.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of system and network security, and current trends and issues in the IT industry.
