About Us:

Edwards Supply Company is a trusted name in the electrical distribution industry, known for delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions since 1987. As we continue to grow, we are implementing a new ERP system, AltiSuite, to enhance our operations. We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee this transition and manage our IT systems, ensuring efficiency, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

1. ERP System Implementation & Management

• Lead the deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance of AltiSuite ERP software.
• Provide hands-on training and support to staff to ensure smooth adoption.
• Monitor ERP system performance and implement updates or improvements as needed.

2. IT Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, and network systems.
• Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
• Oversee system upgrades and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

3. Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with department managers to identify IT needs and implement solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Partner with external vendors for system upgrades, software purchases, and technical support.

4. E-Catalog & Punchout Integration

• Collaborate with government clients to ensure proper integration and functionality of e-catalog and punchout catalog solutions.
• Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline purchasing processes.
• Maintain and enhance system compatibility with client requirements and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT management experience, including ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of networking, data security, and server management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, including troubleshooting and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AltiSuite ERP or similar systems.
• Experience with e-catalog and punchout integration solutions is a plus.
• Background in the electrical supply or distribution industry.
• Certification in IT management or cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA, CISSP).
