IT Operations Analyst - Disability Solutions : Job Details

This enables us to effectively serve the needs of our members and help them succeed.This role supports IT Operations through technical analysis, automation support, and system monitoring, while serving as a key liaison between operations, development teams, and business usersAccountabilities:Responsibilities/Duties/Function/Tasks:

• Monitor software applications for proper functioning
• Analyze application issues and problems and provide resolution
• Ability to assess impact of updates and/or changes to existing system configurations
• Communicate technical issues to technical support staffs to resolve application and hardware issues
• Compile metrics to ensure operational performance and control objectives are met or exceeded
• Develops clear and concise documentation and instruction manuals and updates them as needed
• Support batch processing automation using enterprise scheduling tools
• Assist in developing and maintaining automated workflows
• Write and maintain basic scripts for operational tasks (PowerShell, Python)
• Perform SQL queries for operational data analysis and validation
• Participate in overnight support rotation for critical business processes
• Assist in implementing and testing automated monitoring solutions
• Support audit and compliance requirements for operational processes
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related area
• 2-5 years' experience in process improvement and operational efficiencies or related experience preferred
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures of technical support
• Strong critical thinking and software data analysis skills
• Experience with automation tools and batch scheduling
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python preferred)
• SQL query writing and database fundamentals
• Experience with system monitoring tools
• Ability to work rotating shifts including overnight coverage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of IT security best practices preferred

Compensation Range:Annual Salary: $68,272.00 - $76,304.00This salary range represents the Bank's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire. Offer to be determined by selected applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible to participate in the Bank's annual incentive plan.
