The Information Technology Infrastructure and Services (IT I&S) Program Management Office within Program Executive Office Aviation Common Systems Logistics IT (PEO (CS) LOG IT), PEO Manpower, Logistics and Business Solutions (MLB) has the overall responsibility to research, develop, analyze, and evaluate solutions in order to implement and deploy the best web enabled system that will automatically deliver updated technical, supply, and maintenance information to joint forces throughout the DoD in ashore, afloat, and expeditionary settings. As a PEO(CS) LOG-IT program of record, the Joint Technical Data Integration (JTDI) program provides a secure enterprise common solution for global transport, storage, and access to technical data in support of condition-based maintenance, weapon system readiness, and Joint Service combat capability. The JTDI program is composed of multiple, cross-functional, Integrated Product Teams (IPT). Position Summary This position is responsible for the following capabilities/services:
  • Managing/Maintaining a multi-tier architecture.
  • Providing a web-based enterprise platform enabling warfighters access to technical publications and maintenance data from authoritative data sources, globally.
  • Providing data transport management services and sFTP integration for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
  • Supporting an integrated data environment for Naval Aviation (ashore and afloat), Naval Sea Systems, Marine Corps, and Army Ground and Aviation programs/stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining customized Weapons System Websites (WSWS) and system health monitoring dashboards for mission partners.
  • Providing customer onboarding and data content management support.
  • Overall daily management and maintenance of the JTDI Enterprise Top-tier.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the execution of customer requirements supporting sustainment activities.
  • Manage and track customer scope and requirement modifications.
  • Assist with generating and providing feedback on program documentation (e.g. MOA, ISA, Terms and Conditions).
  • Generate weekly status reports.
  • Review and provide feedback on CDRLs, as needed.
  • Review and dis/approve ECRs and ECPs, as needed.
  • Generate and review ROM estimates, as needed.
  • Assist with planning and reviewing project schedules.
  • Assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learned.
  • Interfaces with customers and product vendors on program specific issues, schedules, processes, and activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers, as required.
  • Generate and review trouble tickets and customer needs forms, as required.
  • Work closely with all IPTs and contractor support within the program to ensure project execution and assist in the resolution of issues.
  • Communicate potential risks, issues, and customer statuses with the IPT Lead and or PMO.
  • Support overall Program activities by contributing inputs and changes to project statuses, schedules, processes, and data-calls.
  • Participate in Technical Exchange Meetings, customer/systems integration planning, requirements gathering discussions, and other Program/System events, as required.
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment.
  • Fill-in for the IPT Lead, as required.
  • Additional functions not specifically outlined in this position description as directed by the leader.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor or higher degree in an Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Experience in the following areas:
  • Systems Integration
  • IT Operations/ Sustainment
  • IA compliance
  • Systems Administration
  • Cloud technologies
  • Data Management
  • Digital and/or data handling
  • Project Management
  • Cybersecurity authorizations and principles
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

  • U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Current government secret security clearance
  • ITIL - certifications, standards for IT systems support
  • Experience with DoD

  • Center Consolidation/Migration
