Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT and OT systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
- Monitor IT and OT infrastructure to ensure system availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT and OT systems in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement security measures to protect IT and OT systems from cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT and OT technologies for optimized operations.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on IT and OT applications and systems.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and any changes made to IT and OT environments.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT and OT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to IT and OT systems.
Requirements:Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT and OT environments.
- Experience using platforms such as Python, Java, Matlab, C++, SQL or similar.
- Proficiency in network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with OT systems such as SCADA, PLCs, and DCS.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices in both IT and OT domains.
- Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC, and Profibus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT and OT system issues.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and occasional travel.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CISSP are a plus.
