Job Title: IT | Production Support - Associate III Location: USA-New York Job Description:
  • Support large and complex desktop environments, particularly VDI solutions.
  • Work on Desktop transformation programs, including profile management, optimization, and Citrix policy creation.
  • Manage application and OS deployments and patch management processes.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize VDI and physical desktop environments.
  • Assist in client Windows client migration projects.
  • Provide high-quality documentation for desktop platforms.
  • Participate in weekend or shift work as needed to meet business demands.
  • Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp (X.15+)
  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows X, Windows XX, Windows Server)
  • Microsoft Group Policy
  • PowerShell and automation
  • SCCM XX1X RX+
  • App-V, Thin Client technologies
  • Application Deployment & OS Deployment
  • Patch Management
  • VMware vSphere, Skype for Business
  • Sophos, Lumension, ServiceNow, Logic Monitor, Systrack
  • Office XX5, Microsoft Azure
  • AppSense: Environment Manager, Performance Manager, Application Manager
Must Have Skills SSCM Autopilot Desktop Engineering Qualifications:
  • CCEA or CCP-V certification
  • MCSE/MCITP certification
  • Experience working in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
  • Background in supporting VDI and desktop environments at scale.
  • Strong expertise in Citrix, profile management, and desktop transformation.
