As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the AIOPS project across various workstreams, including governance, communications, and technical writing. Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Meeting Management: Organize and schedule meetings, take detailed minutes, track action items, and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met. Communication Facilitation: Facilitate clear and concise communication between project team members, stakeholders, and leadership. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations. Technical Writing Support: Assist in the creation and editing of technical documentation, such as user guides and process documents. Governance Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of project governance frameworks and processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
