Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to join their team. In this role, the IT Project Manager will play a crucial part in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects. The IT Project Manager will work closely with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, supporting project managers and teams to ensure projects are completed on time.

Rate: $36 - $43 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the final outcomes of IT projects align with the initially defined objectives by adhering to established processes for initiating and managing change control.
- Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Drive initiatives to enhance our infrastructure and lead efforts in developing innovative new applications.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and task lists.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks and communication.
- Interact with business department stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, propose solutions, and maintain positive relationships.
- Work with stakeholders and vendors to manage projects, ensuring effective communication and expectations.
- May act as the primary contact to business units during a project.
- Document, review, and implement project change requests.
- Create reports and status updates.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage customer and vendor relationships.
- Document project scope, deliverables, and implementation approach.
- Manage project artifacts/documentation, including statements of work, risk logs, and schedules.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and resolved.
- Ensure all Lifecycle / Project and Department reports are updated.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Professionally manage, communicate, and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders.
- Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure final IT project outcomes meet originally defined objectives.
- Follow established processes for initiating and managing change control.
- Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- Track issues and coordinate resolutions with appropriate teams.
- Track project expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale technology projects.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that equips you with the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities.
- Certifications such as CAMP, PMP, or Agile, or actively working towards obtaining them preferred

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
