IT Recruiter Sales Oriented - Remote Work:

Due to our impressive growth, we're looking to add Sales Oriented IT Recruiters to join our Recruiting Team and help expand our sales agent teams.

Main Activities:

  • Proactively manage a large pipeline & database of applicants to effectively identify sales talent.
  • Assist the Talent team by recruiting qualified sales agents and any other positions within the organization as needed.
  • Provide effective support to stakeholders within our Sales and Operations teams by building strong candidate pipelines to support our company's growth.
  • Provide Full Life Cycle Recruiting including sourcing, interviews, technical exams, presentation, closing of candidates and start the hiring process.
  • Assist in the organization of candidate interviews with clients, preparation of candidates and follow-up after their interviews.
  • Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs.

    • What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 2+ years of work experience as a recruiter.
  • 1 year of experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting for highly competitive enterprise sales candidates is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be persistent and persuasive.
  • Great capacity for self-management.
  • Must be energetic, motivated, and committed to the success of the team.
  • Advanced English level.
