Retail Services Department is seeking a full time individual whose primary responsibility is to answer, diagnose and repair 2nd / 3rd level technology related support requests accurately and in a timely manner for all Kwik Trip and Kwik Star retail locations. This individual will also be responsible for:

  • Remote installation of retail related hardware.
  • Troubleshooting and analyzing hardware and software issues; and retail network equipment.
  • Identifying trending issues for escalation.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate retail hardware inventory.
This individual will also be responsible for logging complete and accurate information in our ticketing platform, ServiceNow. This individual will also assist to create and maintain accurate documentation for I.T. retail related problems and resolutions in conjunction with the I.T. retail technical writer. Qualifications: Successful candidates should have an associate degree in an Information Technology related field or have 0 - 2 years' work experience in helpdesk / customer service. Candidates should have experience with Windows OS, iOS and general networking (LAN WAN TCP/IP). This individual must be a fast learner with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Other qualifications include:
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Dedication to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision while also working in a team environment.
Experience/knowledge with the following is a plus: Convenience store operations, including but not limited to, point of sale, credit transactions, fueling equipment, printers and pin pads. Experience with PCI compliance and camera systems is a plus. Candidate must also possess a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record for traveling in some support situations. Physical qualifications: Reach/twist and kneel/crouch/bend frequently; lift/carry up to 50 pounds occasionally; work in a fast-paced environment.
