IT Senior System Administrator (MSP/Hybrid WFH) are working at the top of the Professional Services Team, opening up immense opportunities to help shape the direction of the department as it continues to scale. This is a hybrid WFH role that only requires you to report to our Manhattan, NY office 2 days per week.The IT Senior System Administrator (MSP/Hybrid WFH) will be scoping out projects for mid-market and small businesses, consulting with C-levels, road mapping, design/implementing physical and virtual network solutions, managing projects, and performing hands-on Systems/Network engineering. The make-up of projects vs escalations will be a sliding scale (most support is in project remediation phases) but during the busy season, you will be doing 95%+ project work.
