Senior Service Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer to lead the design and delivery of comprehensive services in the fields of data centers, networking, smart hands support, and low-voltage systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in service design and delivery, focusing on creating scalable, efficient, and user-centered solutions for complex technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end service design strategies for data center operations, networking solutions, smart hands services, and low-voltage systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Design and document service blueprints, workflows, and processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work with technical and operational teams to ensure the implementation aligns with design objectives and quality standards.
• Analyze current service offerings and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine service designs and measure the effectiveness of delivered services.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale services in data center and networking environments.
• Strong understanding of smart hands services, low-voltage systems, and related technologies.
• Expertise in service design methodologies, including service blueprints, journey mapping, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
