Overview:Position Summary:Primarily responsible for providing a full range of technical support to end-users for PC, Android & iOS including, but not limited to preparing devices for deployment, tracking inventory, responding to service tickets, taking incoming calls and troubleshooting issues.
Key Job Responsibilities:• Receive, evaluate, refurbish and image returned devices.• Record inventory and update changes in asset management system.• Resolve tickets relating to computer, network, printer, smart phones, tablets, and hotspots.• Receive calls regarding proprietary applications on mobile devices. Determine cause and escalate as needed.• Consult with manufacturers and vendors for troubleshooting or repairs as needed.• Consult with other IT staff and/or elevate high priority problems to the appropriate IT team member or vendor support teams as necessary for resolution.• Accurately record, update and document requests and required information into the IT service desk system, log and track status changes and follow-up reminders, record resolutions for future reference, close tickets upon completion, and follow up on resolved requests to ensure user satisfaction.• Other duties as assigned.
