Title: IT Services Specialist Location: Clayton, MO Additional locations may include: Houston, TX Salary: $82,920 - $125,040 Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week Focus: Serve as the IT lead and liaison for Olin locations as well as being a member of an Olin global technology team. This position will support the optimization and continuous improvement of Olin's infrastructure and user support. IT Services Specialist Essential Job Functions: Establish relationships with key site and business leaders as well as end users to understand their IT needs and challenges. Work with IT infrastructure leaders, team members, and service providers to resolve site specific issues and needs and to support IT infrastructure including but not limited to computer rooms, network voice, workstations, printers, as well as site IT operations. Participate in IT projects with Olin IT and service provider team which may include local site infrastructure projects or global technology projects (e.g., OS updates and Power App Data protection/governance). Assist in gathering of technical requirements and development of project solutions and with delivering appropriate documentation to the service desk and support prior to implementation. Participate in infrastructure enhancements and lifecycle projects as appropriate (e.g., OS and database updates).Provide support for environments and infrastructure products. Assist in IT audits and withdelivering appropriate documentation. IT Services Specialist Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline preferred. Minimum of 3 years of related information technology or infrastructure experience. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication and presentation skills Knowledge of current trends, best practices, and technology within the End User Compute and Collaboration technology area preferred. Technical knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Autopilot, CoPilot, Intune, and Power Apps preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive preferred. Ability and willingness to support multiple sites and travel as needed (10% or less). Must possess a valid US driver's license. Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred. This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
