This position will be instrumental in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting technology systems used to maintain computer and software networks. Duties include responding to hardware problems, updating system software and tracking data and communications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and update all server related hardware/software
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer issues
- Install and update company software and hardware as neeeded
- Anticipate and report the cost of updating technology needs
- Assist call-ins with technical difficulties
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Implement security measures
- Monitor security and complaince requirements

Qualifications:
- Degree in IT discipline or related field a plus or 3-5 years relevant/demonstrated experience; IT certifications a plus
- Experience assisting users in Windows and Office 365 environment
- Proficiency with Windows server
- Experience installing, maintaining, repairing desktop operating system, business applications, computer hardware, peripherals, printers
- Coding skills a plus
Candidates should have a basic understanding of programming, basic network set-up, be able to diagnose and repair computers, manage basic servers, knowledge Microsoft Azure servers, and be familiar with Microsoft Office support. The job will be officed in Stephenville and require some travel to locations within 6 hours of Stephenville.
