IT Specialist - CESNA GROUP : Job Details

Job Summary

• IT Specialist will be responsible for coordination and resolution of issues related to the Branch's banking systems and maintenance of the branch's IT infrastructure.
• Also, IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users for hardware, software, and networking issues.

Job Description

• ?Maintaining of IT Assets for the branch operations
• ?Operating and maintaining IT Systems at the branch
• ?Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
• ?Installing and configuring hardware and software providing technical assistance and guidance to users

Qualifications

• ?2-3 years of general IT experience
• ?Bachelor's degree on IT related or equivalent job experience
• ?Experience in administrator level access to windows system
• (Active Directory, Windows 10, Windows Server)
• ?Experience in VMware environment (Deploying VMware, Hosting VMware)
• ?Basic Knowledge of Networking and above (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, WAN)
• ?Basic Knowledge of Workstation and Laptop hardware for supporting
• ?Knowledge of banking or accounting system is plus
• ?IT related certification is plus
• Languages
• ?Korean / English speaking
