  • Provide desk-side and remote technical support to Team Members across departments within the resort.
  • Plan, configure, and implement various operational technologies at the resort, such as door access controls, Iot sensors, and supporting network and software applications.
  • Collaborate with third-party IT support teams to uphold service levels for guest-facing technologies.
  • Ensure documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides is regularly updated and maintained.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay up to date on product offerings for the resort applications and industry trends.
  • Develop knowledge articles to enhance IT support and user guides for self-service tech support
  • Manage user access to applications utilized within the resort.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills, and Experience
  • College degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant hospitality operational technology experience
  • Must have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks.
  • Proficient in working independently, multitasking, and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Availability to work evening, night, weekend, rotating schedules and holiday shifts
  • Ability to rapidly learn multiple new applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting wired and wireless networks
  • Experience with Google Workspace and SaaS-based hospitality applications preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Able to drive golf carts as the main source of transportation campus style resort.
  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and/or reach repeatedly.
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and carry, pull, and push heavy objects and materials
  • Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
