Position Overview:As an IT Specialist at National Background Check, Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining, updating, and enhancing our proprietary software. This software is integral to our operations and client services. You will work closely with our team to ensure that the system is operating smoothly, is secure, and is continually improved to meet the evolving needs of our clients and business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing performance, stability, and security of our proprietary software.
  • Software Updates: Implement regular updates and patches to keep the software current and efficient.
  • Software Improvement: Work with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop new features that enhance the software's capabilities.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to align IT solutions with business needs and strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software processes, updates, and modifications.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to internal users, assisting them with any issues or questions related to the software.
Qualifications:
