We are an innovative, agile provider of specialized, technical solutions and an exceptional cache of capabilities that enable mission-critical operations and decision making.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead small software development projects using agile methods to develop applications within the IIS/AWS framework, as well as developing in the SharePoint environment.Plan and coordinate execution of software development activities to include requirements elicitation, development of schedules, documenting designs, coding, debugging, testing, and facilitating user acceptance.Establish standard operating procedures for software development activities.AWS Cloud Administration: manage the AWS environment (EC2, S3, Amazon CLI, CloudWatch, etc.) and act as a server admin as needed to support the servers, verify STIG settings, IIS, and SQL database.Optimize existing web applications and ensure applications comply with Department of Defense.Support application and system development which includes C# .Net, SharePoint, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, CSS, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc., as well as supporting legacy applications in . Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required Bachelor's degree, preferably in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Two years' relevant experience in web, Intranet, and MS SharePoint design, secure web design, MS SharePoint administration and workflow, HTML, VB Script, XML, JavaScript, XHTML, MS SQL, C++, C#.Prior experience with Linux is desired.Four additional years of experience in those development areas may substitute for bachelor's degree.A Master of Science or Arts in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline will substitute for two years of the relevant experience requirement.Must maintain the capability to communicate with their supervisor and/or manager when not in the office. Certificates, Licenses, Registration DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE. Qualifications Active DoD Secret security clearance highly desired; candidates eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance will be considered.Must be a U.S. citizen.Must have reliable transportation to and from various work locations once a month. Physical Requirements Ability to frequently traverse stairs.Sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling.Reaching, handling, using equipment, keyboards, and mobile devices.Lifting boxes (files and supplies) up to 20 lbs.
