They collaborate with various departments within Endsight to support clients in utilizing, maintaining, and implementing IT solutions. IT Strategy Consultants prioritize client satisfaction by thoroughly understanding and addressing IT needs, fostering strong professional relationships, and managing accounts with efficiency and effectiveness.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseOur ideal candidate possesses a high-level of emotional intelligence (EQ), enabling them to build strong and lasting client relationships. They excel in overcoming objections and have the ability to reframe situations as needed to achieve positive outcomes with clients. Additionally, they should have strong knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies to effectively guide clients in leveraging these solutions.Qualifications Required:5 years of experience in any of the following roles: Technical Account Management, High- level of IT Consulting, vCIO, IT Director or IT Management experienceExperience with IT budgeting and technology roadmap developmentExperience in presenting to C-level executivesExperience with ROI analysisAbility to translate technical concepts into business termsStrong knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure technologiesStrong aptitude for Customer ServiceExcellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirementsAble and willing to collaborate as part of a team in various rolesRespond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focusAbility to organize and manage multiple prioritiesLOCATION: This is a hybrid role, the ideal candidate will live within commutable proximity of our Napa Office and assigned client base, requiring a blend of in-office presence, onsite client meetings, and remote check-ins to ensure comprehensive support and engagement.Qualifications Preferred:Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experiencePrevious MSP experience is strongly preferredPrior experience with GRC (HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, etc) desirableKnowledge of CIS, NIST or other security frameworks helpfulYou will be working with the following technologies on a daily basis:Microsoft Windows and MacMicrosoft Windows Server/Active DirectoryOffice 365 / G SuiteMicrosoft SQLMicrosoft ExchangeSophos, SonicWALL, CiscoRemote Access: RDS, Citrix, VPNVirtualization: VMware, Microsoft Hyper-VWireless: Ruckus, Unifi, MerakiAbout EndsightEndsight is a California-based outsourced technology managed services provider.
