Do you want to work for a growing MSP that has been around for over two decades? Do you like fast-paced, hands-on work that allows you to learn new technologies? This New York based MSP is looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be a point of contact for a variety of clients, helping them solve technical problems quickly and efficiently. This is a hybrid position located in New York, NY.
We'll Provide:

- Salary range of $75,000-$85,000
- Hybrid work split between client sites, remote, and in-office

What You'll Do:
- Act as an escalation point for service tickets
- Support and mentor more junior/front-line staff
- Travel to client sites as needed
- Work on projects as needed
- Perform client onboardings
- Create and maintain documentation
Skills You'll Need:
- Valid license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 3 years IT industry experience in SMB environments
- Familiarity with tools: ConnectWise RMM, ConnectWise PSA, IT Glue, Entra ID
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and friendly
- Ability to lift 30lbs
