A company is looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual to fill the role of Help Desk & IT Support Specialist. This in-person position involves providing technical support to business clients, managing networks, maintaining computers, and handling routers while resolving issues via a ticketing system. Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting for business clients.
  • Set up and manage networks, including Wi-Fi and routers.
  • Handle computer maintenance and address hardware/software issues.
  • Resolve printer and peripheral device problems.
  • Use a ticketing system to track and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Basic IT knowledge, including network troubleshooting, Wi-Fi setup, and device maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in IT support is preferred but not required.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn and grow.
