Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree with a preference in technology, science, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience.

• Relevant internship or experience in an IT customer service, IT support or IT troubleshooting role or related experience is recommended.

• Strong technical and engineering mindset focusing on root cause analysis and the ability to own a problem or situation from start to finish.

• Application development interest/experience with Microsoft Power Suite, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Salesforce, or other platforms.

• Possess strong problem-solving and big picture/conceptual skills.

• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, communication and time management skills required.

• Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow. Including the ability to work with people at all levels and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners.

• Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

• Basic knowledge of insurance and financial services products preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with production implementation and support of new and existing technologies.

• Maintain a high level of customer service by answering business partner's calls, emails, and instant messages.

• Direct interaction with business partners to identify, research, document, design solutions and resolve issues.

• Responsible for learning and providing contributions by understanding technical functionality, usability, design, security, and operation of supported systems.

• Independently and collaboratively research complex solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Potential Application development in a hybrid-Agile environment.

• Communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders as well as business objectives to technical teams across the organization.

• Train and educate users as well as initiate preventative technical measures when appropriate.

• Working Conditions: Must be able to move 30 pounds as a physical requirement of the position.
