Responsibilities •Provide technical support to staff •Maintain and troubleshoot company networking and laptop issues •Maintain company Oracle portal application and database •Assist in data conversions and migrations •Provide new employees with user accounts, company email, and security access •Maintain technological equipment, including printers, phones, copiers, etc. •Other duties as assigned Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience •Proven experience in Oracle portal/database management and help desk support •Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications •Familiar with SQL language •Ability to work independently •Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills •Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities •Self-motivated and proactive •Prior experience in the commercial lending industry is a plus
