Must Have Skills

• 7 - 10 years of experience in application support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as this is a customer-facing role.

• Strong debugging skills at the Linux level.

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and autonomously.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes.

• Familiarity with HTTP REST APIs, JSON, and log analysis.

• Basic understanding of databases and distributed systems.
