We are currently seeking an individual to join our hard-working, dedicated team as an IT Support/Systems Administrator. The IT Support/Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and securing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing servers, networks, and user support, with a focus on the specific needs of an electrical contracting environment. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Essential to the IT Support/Systems Administrator include the following and any other duties that may be assigned as needed
- Life Cycle Tracking and upgrading of all company owned hardware
- Troubleshooting software related issues
- Security Patching and Updates
- Phishing exercises and training as required
- Configuration of cloud-based backups for all drives/workstations
- General support for company owned software
- Troubleshooting and resolving Remote access issues
- Issuing and recovery of all technology devices
- Managing mobile phone issuance and upgrades
- Maintaining software licenses
- Work with MSP (Managed Service Provider)
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a network/IT related role
- Extensive knowledge of the Office 365 Suite
- Willing to learn our software and become a trainer to employees as required.
- Advanced knowledge of network operating systems, protocols, and administration
- Ability, aptitude, and desire to be part of service-oriented team
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
- Creativity and the ability to grasp new technologies and programs quickly are essential
- Must have strong inter-personal skills and the ability to train and share knowledge

Working Conditions
- Office position, primarily sedentary; frequent computer use. However, some filing is expected, which requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Special Requirements
- Must have a current, valid Driver's License, a satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation.
- Undergo and pass required background checks, drug/alcohol screenings (pre-employment, random, post-accident, and return to work) and physicals.

- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
