Core Accountabilities:

* Provide Educational Technology guidance and expertise for grades K-12 faculty, especially in the areas of iPads, Chromebooks, and G Suite for Education.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to design, develop, and deliver Educational Technology initiatives that align with the mission of the school and the needs of the classroom.

* Assist the Director of Educational Technology in administering and fully utilizing the school's Mobile Device Management (MDM) system and other digital content management systems.

* Provide support for educational technology devices, systems, and content.

* Train licensed and classified staff in use of appropriate technology resources.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge:

* Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.

* Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance on systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.

* Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of focus.

* Records maintenance skills.

* Ability to provide direction to staff and/or student to resolve technological issues.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

* Ability to analyze and resolve basic computer problems.

Job Qualification

* Qualified candidates should possess a combination of education and experience that enables them to provide technology support to staff and students.

* Must pass background check and drug screening.
