• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets promptly and efficiently.
• Provide technical support for PCs, printers, copiers, and other hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Assist with system installations, configurations, and updates.
• Maintain and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Ensure all IT-related equipment is functioning optimally and securely.
• Document support issues and resolutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field and/or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and office applications.
• Experience with networked printers and copiers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
