Job Description :
IT Support Associate Qualifications: • Ability to communicate clearly and easily with users, customers, and vendors • Ability to recognize problems, assess critical issues, and develop solutions • Ability to learn and comprehend information regarding functions of various departments • A sense of urgency and the ability to follow through with projects • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent technical writing skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Associate's Degree, including Information Technology curriculum, similar training or better. Responsibilities: • Comply with 21 CFR Part 11 • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers, and scanners • Managing antivirus installations and scanning • Setting up accounts for new users using Microsoft Active Directory • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) o Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests o Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary • Reviewing, communicating, and acting on security notifications, either from internal or external sources • Monitoring daily and weekly backups • Assisting with monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Assisting with hardware validation processes. Reviewing IQ/OQ documentation. • Testing new technology • Additional duties as needed
