DESCRIPTION: Under direct supervision of the Information Technology Director. Individual is responsible for assisting in all aspects of hospital wide information systems and communications systems. Individual will work closely with IT Systems Specialist in maintaining the hospital wide information systems and communications systems of UNITY HEALTH. Individual will assist Information Technology Support Technicians as needed. Individual will assist Information Technology Director as needed. Responsible for one shift, five days per week. Incumbent is subject to overtime, on-call duty and call back as required by the hospital. Physical Effort: Works in well-lighted, air conditioned office. Some heavy lifting required. Working atop a ladder with overhead work required. Some travel is required. Mental Effort: Position is prone to many interruptions and repetitive tasks.
