Products are manufactured at company operated facilities in the East, South, and Midwestern United States.We are seeking an Information System Administrator to join our team! The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing information technology infrastructure including client, server, networks, and software systems to ensure efficient operation, and security. This involves working in a hybrid-cloud environment with tasks that include, but are not limited to, installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures, and providing technical support to end users. This role will be primarily located in the Lancaster, PA area.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Strong knowledge and experience supporting and administering Windows operating systems.Experience administering M365 and related software. (O365, Intune, Defender, Configuration Manager)Strong Cloud administration experience, specifically Microsoft Azure, AWS and other SaaS solutions.Experience designing, securing, implementing, supporting and managing personal computer solutions.Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, using systematic problem- solving techniques and diagnostic tools.Understand cybersecurity principles and best practices, including implementing security measures, managing access controls, and addressing/patching vulnerabilities.Familiarity with network protocols, routing, switching, and VPN technologies, as well as experience configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure.Experience implementing backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and data protection measures to ensure business continuity and data integrity.Ability to create comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ year experience in an IT Systems Administrator (or equivalent) role serving small to medium enterprises.Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues, end- users.Professional certifications from Microsoft & Amazon are desirable.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
