IT Systems Administrator - All Service Equipment : Job Details

• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
• Coordinate and manage MSP for day-to-day operations and technology system infrastructure maintenance and growth.
• Manage and maintain our SQL Server Database to ensure it is always in production-ready state. This includes setting up triggers, stored procedures, conducting regular and scheduled backups and replications. Be able to interpret log error messages and bring the database back up in a timely manner during emergencies.
• Experience with IIS Servers
• Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.
• Installs the necessary hardware and software to set up a computer network and customizes it to meet the needs of the company.
• Support Network infrastructure LAN, VPN, WAN, Firewalls
• Set up, maintain and manage email blocking / forwarding / group accessing for all email users. Be able to identify phishing emails and properly set up rules to block subsequent spams
• Administer Active Directory with Group Policies
• Manage company's VoIP 8x8 phone system.
• Manage technology suppliers to their SLA standard.
• Manage company's employee on-board and off-board process to make sure new employee get the all the tools to work in the first day and outgoing employees' communication responsibilities set up properly.
• Ensure the design of the system allows all components to work properly together.
• Research, evaluate and recommend existing software and applications to improve business efficiency.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users related to Computers and Application.
• Maintain and monitor the network, system efficiency, and security.
• Move computer stations from one place to another. Need to be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Deploy and manage mobile devices (laptops, cellphones, and tablets) for all users, following and revamping SOP for inventory, using inventory tracking software.
• Manages small to medium sized projects according to agree upon budgets and schedules.
• Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
• Assist after business hours during emergencies or request and be able to work on planned weekends
• Be able to perform and exceed expectation even if under pressure

Qualifications and Skills: • 5+ years' experience in system administration with Windows Server 2012 R2 or higher up to Windows Server 2022 and its server roles • 2+ years' experience in Database Administration with Microsoft SQL server 2014 or higher up to SQL Server 2022 • Experience with Server Virtualization Microsoft Hyper-V • Experience with Network Administration (TCP/IP, VPN, LAN, WAN, NAS, DHCP, SMTP, Switching and Routing, Wi-Fi, Firewalls) Network+ certification preferred • Experience with Dell PowerEdge line servers in hardware and software • Experience with Linux Servers and Open-Source products • Experience with Windows 10, 11 and Microsoft Office suite products to support end-users • Data Disaster Recovery planning with Datto backup systems • Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues with SentinelOne and Windows Defender • Experience with Cloud technologies: Azure, AWS • Experience managing Android, iOS mobile devices (phone and tablets) with MDM tools (AirWatch, Bruin) • Technical repair & troubleshooting of servers, computers, printers and peripherals What We Offer:
