Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Position Summary: As an IT Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in the IT field. This is an entry-level position where you will receive training from knowledgeable professionals, work closely with a mentor, and contribute to meaningful projects alongside senior leadership. Essential Functions (with or without reasonable accommodation) : Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, networks, and other systems. Provide deskside and remote technical support for end users. Organize and maintain IT resources, assets, and documentation. Perform various tasks while adhering to safety protocols, which may include lifting heavy objects, remaining at a workstation for extended periods, standing, stretching, walking, climbing, and bending in potentially challenging conditions. Visual tasks, such as spotting backups, and the ability to hear and respond to backup alarms are also required. Required Qualifications: Familiarity with Microsoft Applications. Familiarity with networking fundamentals. Be able to take part in the creation of help-desk procedures. Good working knowledge in PC hardware and software troubleshooting. Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in teams. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (drug free employer). Position may require travel. Must have a valid drivers license. GED, associate degree in related field preferred. Hourly Wage $20.00-$23.00 Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
