Collins + Collins LLP is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician/Office Services Clerk to join our Carlsbad office.

The IT Help Desk Technician/Office Services Clerk will assist the IT Systems Manager with projects and tasks and will be responsible for the following items:
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, candidates are required to have in-depth experience with managing Microsoft 365, a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience or a completed computer degree. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, iOS, and Android), and experience with Virtual Machines (Windows 365, VMware, Hyper-V, ESX) is also required.

This position is a full-time role with 4 days required in the office and the option to work from home on Fridays.
Salary range depends on experience: $45,000 - $65,000.
