In this role, you will...- Create and standardize contract clauses and terms with standard review templates.
- Perform second level contract reviews, with strong attention to detail to ensure that contracts are aligned with the company's requirements and protect its interests.
- Assist in further development of the vendor selection and management policies and procedures.
- Analyze vendor and contract data, identifying trends, and making data-driven reports for business stakeholder decisions.
- Apply financial concepts, cost structures, and budgeting to analyze vendor pricing, terms, and proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for the company.
- Perform and / or assist in creating standardized RFx's for the business.
- Work with various internal teams such as IT, Legal & Finance to create new processes.
- Serve as lead for a possible Vendor Risk Management software.
- Initiate vendor research (OFAC, other background discovery).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We are looking for candidates with...- BS / BA preferred in Finance/Accounting, IT, Supply Chain or other quantitative field of study (preferred).
- 3-5 years of job-related work experience (preferred).
- Previous experience in vendor selection, contract reviews, reducing risk, and ensuring vendor service delivery.
- Exceptional attention to detail, documentation and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and high self-motivation.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
- Ability to identify problems, gather relevant information, and identify potential conclusions.

General: MedPro Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The annual gross base salary range is $55,000 to $80,000. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of MedPro's total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
