Job Title: IT White Glove Support Specialist Type: Contract Duration: 11 Months Location: NYC, NY(Onsite from Day 1) Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled IT White Glove Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical support at our NYC office, where our senior executives are based. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities •Provide high-quality, personalized IT support to the CEO and senior executives. •Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. •Set up and configure devices, including laptops, mobile phones, and tablets. •Ensure seamless operation of video conferencing and presentation systems. •Manage and support office IT infrastructure, including printers, network devices, and security systems. •Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions. •Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement and support new technologies. •Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance and security. Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a white glove support role. •Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. •Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and other productivity tools. •Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and remote support tools. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) are a plus.
