As part of the Central Division you will lead P&L responsible for critical machining operations of major commercial aircraft programs supporting Boeing, LockHeed Martin, Parker Hannifan, and military initiatives such as the B-2 Stealth, F105, and V280.

Summary of position:
The Maintenance Repair Technician employee uses advanced mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot, repair and maintain all types of equipment. This job description indicates the general nature and level of the work that is expected. Main responsibilities:
* Tear down broken equipment, assess the problem, and determine work needed to repair the equipment, order replacement parts, reassemble equipment and test.
* Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools.
* Inspect drives, motors and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters or perform other maintenance actions using checklists.
* Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals and parts catalogs.
* Observe equipment operations so malfunctions can be detected.
* Perform routine preventive maintenance
* Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma with recognized experience, training and/or a Trade certification with at least 5 year's relevant experience repairing electro-mechanical components and building repairs.
* Advanced knowledge of general mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic repairs and CNC machine repair;
* Good experience in managing facilities repairs;
