The Jaguar Land Rover Parts Counterperson is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in assisting customers with their parts needs. This role involves providing accurate information regarding parts availability, pricing, and ordering. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles and their respective parts.

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their Jaguar or Land Rover vehicles
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding parts availability, pricing, and compatibility
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

• Prior experience in an automotive parts role or similar position
• Strong knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles and their parts
• Familiarity with parts cataloging and ordering systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
• Complete special order part request for the customer
• Communicate with customer on parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic
