Job Description:Position Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Empty trash cans around the FabShop
- Clean and dust the floors, walls, and walkways in the facility
- Clean and dust the doors and windows around the whole facility
- Wash the walls around the facility as needed
- Clean break rooms
- Clean restrooms
- Wipe down fire extinguishers, crane rails, duct work, light fixtures and HVAC equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:- Ability to understand cleaning chemicals used at the FabShop
- Reliable and punctual
- Trustworthy
- Sense of urgency in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to move from one task to another and stay productive
- Self-motivated
- Ability to wear a respirator or other safety equipment when needed
- Ability to work with cleaning products daily

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Janitorial/Custodial experience preferred
