This position is an integral part of our operations.Key Responsibilities:Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.Service, clean, and supply restrooms.Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.Notify the supervisor concerning the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.Work safely and wear the required PPE for each job.Clean breakroom furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors as directed.Responsible for adhering to safety and environmental policies and regulations.Responsible for adhering to company policies and procedures.Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.What are we looking for?We're looking for engaged individuals who are adaptable to a changing environment, take pleasure in learning, and enjoy working with others.Service-oriented.Basic mechanical aptitude.Communicate effectively with Managers, Supervisors, and fellow employees.Average math skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions and complete basic written reports in English.Work safely in a manufacturing environment.Physically able to handle heavy items including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products.Consistently stand for the entire shift.Ability to work in areas that are not climate-controlled.Includes exposure to cleaning agents and solvents.Previous related experience preferred.Ability to work with others and be a team player.Reliability.To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the company's Paragould, Arkansas branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
