**What youll do:**

The Janitor is responsible for performing all tasks relating to maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. Duties include but are not limited to: cleans and sanitizes staff bathrooms; vacuums, steam cleans and/or shampoos carpets, including stain removal; cleans, waxes and strips tile and linoleum floors; cleans windows, sills and window tracks; removes garbage; cleans out heater vents; cleans walkways, driveways, parking lots and loading docks; completes required reports and documentation in a timely manner, where applicable, and provides management with required reports and advises of any problematic situations. Complies with and implements the ROP Policies and Procedures as detailed in the appropriate manuals/handbooks.
