Janitor - Basin Holdings : Job Details

Janitor Reports To: Plant Manager Department: Indirect FLSA Status: Non-Exempt EEO Classification: Laborer Successful candidates are expected to comply with general attendance policies and all safety policies and procedures. Primary Purpose The janitor ensures all areas are safe by maintaining a clean working environment for all staff and visitors. Essential Duties Daily 1. Clean/Sanitize every bathroom; toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, trash, floors. 2. Empty trash from offices, break area, reception area, conference room and shop. 3. Maintain outside walk areas, including sweeping debris, washing walkways and picking up any trash in the front lawn or walk areas. Twice Weekly 1. Vacuum all offices/reception area/hallways and conference room. 2. Mop all office areas/bathrooms. 3. Clean/Dust conference room. 4. Run shop floor sweeper Monthly 1. Clean windows in office area. 2. Maintain cleaning supply inventory. Coordinate replenishment orders with Purchasing department. 3. Clean all walls in offices and shop. Minimum experience and qualifications Education: None required Experience: Previous custodial experience preferred.
