Janitor - Always There Personnel : Job Details

Janitor needed in Blum, TX. $16.50 per hour / Mon-Fri. / 6am-2:30pm

• Cleaning and maintaining assigned facilities, buildings and related areas.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors by vacuuming and buffing, shampooing rugs,
• Cleans and services restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
• Replenishes janitorial stockroom supplies.,
• clean sidewalks,
• oversee special cleaning projects,
• perform janitorial duties within all facilities and related areas.
• Wash windows, signs, tables, sinks, dusts, ETC.
• Empties trash containers, Cleans benches and handrails.
• Operates floor machines and uses mops, pails, sponges, brushes, cleaning chemicals
• Performs under direct supervision.
• 0-2 years' experience needed.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects.
• Will be exposed to loud noise, fumes or airborne particles, noxious odors,
• Will drive from one location to the other. (about a 10-minute drive between locations)
• May have to work outdoors as well.
