Janitor Part Time -Blue Horizons - Titian Cleaning LLC. : Job Details

The Janitor performs manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of school classrooms, office space and Restrooms. Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, polishing furniture, and operating basic mechanical cleaning equipment. The performance of these duties are Monday - Thursday Evenings at Blue Horizons located at: 20070 W Blue Horizons Pkwy, Buckeye, AZ 85326 (4pm - 9pm)Regular Responsibilities:1. Empty trash containers, and recycle receptacles2. Dust mop, sweep, wet mop, buff floors3. Vacuum rugs and carpets4. Scrub and clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items5. Dust and clean walls, doors windows, woodwork, and other above-floor surfaces6. Clean and sanitize kitchen/break room area7. Dust, clean and polish furniture8. Clean elevators and stairwells and glass on stairwells9. Clean door glass interior and exterior10. Clean inside and applicable outside window glass11. Police areas around outside of building12.
