Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting and managing the Finance Transformation projects from initiation to close, making sure the work gets done efficiently and satisfactorily. Should identify the project's goals, objectives, scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. This position drives continuous improvement to business processes and business results. The position works closely with business and technical leadership, serving as an expert resource, bringing forth opportunities to better the business and technical process changes. The relative importance of this position is based on the strategic impact of the Finance Transformation projects. Proactively looking for opportunities to make incremental enhancements and improvements to current and future finance systems, reporting, data analytics capabilities and automation.
Job Description: - Perform engagement management responsibilities, including task delegation, project scheduling, status updates, quality review and client management.
- Effectively interact with other accounting and non-accounting departments to achieve shared goals.
- Be a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Identify and define problems and develop creative solutions to address business requirements clearly and articulately.
- Working in all facets of our projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and team organizational structure management.
- Assist in leading planned projects implementation, & enhancements to ERP System modules, finance operations, in coordination with management, to ensure proper controls are embedded into the system.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development and monitor to maintain the standards expected.
- Understands the business benefits of a project by grasping business performance indicators and mapping them to goals of the projects.
- Responsible for ensuring that the project can deliver the benefits outlined in the business case, and that it meets the reasonable expectations of end users.
- Translate business requirements into effective functional specifications and efficient design/solutions.
- Manages integration of solution(s) into enterprise technical architecture and business environment.
- Proactively looking for opportunities to make incremental enhancements and improvements to current and future finance systems, reporting, data analytics capabilities and automation.
- Coordinate and lead workshops with stakeholders to advance initiatives.
- Articulate the business need for change and drive alignment with Company management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description: Education and experience:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or Information Technology required
- Experience in project delivery and capacity, process development and execution and or Financial Systems is required.
- 5-7 years of experience in responsibility management at the project level, midsize to large teams preferred
- Significant financial systems and reporting experience is preferred
- Experience with Financial ERP systems will be considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills required to manage multiple, concurrent tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and working skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Problem-solver, with strong analytical skills
