We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Janitorial and Building Maintenance Worker. This role involves performing daily cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment while also assisting with general building maintenance duties. Key Responsibilities. Janitorial Tasks:Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors. Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners. Dust and wipe down surfaces, windows, and furniture. Restock cleaning supplies and bathroom essentials as needed. Building Maintenance Tasks:Perform minor repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and patching drywall. Assist with maintaining HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical fixtures. Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and report potential maintenance needs. Ensure tools and maintenance supplies are organized and properly stored.
