Janitorial Operations Executive (Night) - Alliance Building Services : Job Details

Position Summary: Responsible for the evening/night direction, planning, and scheduling of the operations of the all-janitorial services assigned portfolio. This role involves strategic planning and scheduling to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will embody our corporate Mission Statement and Objectives, fostering a culture of excellence within the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supervises and coordinating the activities of Janitorial Supervisors and Forepersons

* Conducts periodic building inspections for contract compliance & quality assurance

* Reviews complaint reports daily to ensure all service discrepancies and complaints are addressed accordingly

* Monitors time keeping system and audits performed of Janitorial Supervisors

* Monitors 'periodic work schedules reports' to include all route and special service work. Assures that building specifications and extra services schedules for all buildings are updated

* Ensures that new Janitorial Supervisors receive training on all policies/ procedures and new product usage

* Monitors supply budgets, tracks, and monitors supply consumption at least once a month

* Monitors equipment amortization schedule and approves new equipment as required

* Reviews and checks monthly 'Building Master Report' for accuracy
