Janitorial Technician - Fleet Response : Job Details

• Sweep, dust, polish, vacuum hallways, stairs, office spaces, and restrooms.
• Clean bathrooms
• Restock restrooms items.
• Empty all trash containers throughout the building.
• Clean entryway windows & doors.
• Ensure buildings are secure upon completion of services.
• Follow and complete checklist for various accounts.

Certificates, Licenses Registration:

• Valid Driving License and pass a MVR check
• Must be able to pass a background check

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel & crouch on a regular basis. Occasionally, will be required to climb (ladders/window washing), regularly lift and move 10 to 50 pounds (trash/equipment).

Hours: Monday to Friday 5pm- 1:00am or until job is completedSalary: $18 PW GSDHiring is based on completed and approved state and federal background check.Benefits:
