A manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Production Manager to join their team in Greensville, NC. This position is responsible for leading the operations from the ground-up construction phase through to facility start-up, commissioning, and into full-scale production. A bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial facility, knowledge of manufacturing systems, and the ability to speak Japanese is required. This is a full-time, exempt position with excellent benefits and 401k. ***Company can support E2 Visa***Bilingual Japanese/English Production Manager Duties:-Oversee the Greenfield construction phase, ensuring all installations meet design specifications and regulatory standards.-Lead the facility through the start-up and commissioning phases, optimizing processes and systems for peak performance.-Manage daily operations, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in manufacturing and process optimization.-Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and maintain clean room standards.-Oversee the maintenance and operation of critical systems including electrical systems, fire safety systems, building, and utility management, and building security management.-Develop and implement maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and operational procedures.-Collaborate with senior and executive leadership to align facility operations with organizational goals and objectives.-Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Bilingual Japanese/English Production Manager Skills:-Must have a bachelor's degree-Must be able to speak Japanese-Must have 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial facility-Must have knowledge of manufacturing systems-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
