Japanese Speaking Plant Manager - Akkar : Job Details

I am working with a Japanese T-1 supplier, based in Toledo, OH who are looking for a Japanese speaking Plant Manager to join their team.

Role:

• Responsible for all plant operations across multiple sites
• Merge Japanese and US working cultures
• In charge of Production, Quality and Logistics

Requirements:

• At least a professional proficiency in Japanese and English
• Automotive background
• Experience with Production, Production Control or Quality management

Bonus Points:

• Worked in a TPS environment
• Prototyping or low/med volume background
• structural chassis/BiW manufacturing experience
